•Entry is open to all businesses in the Tablelands Regional Council area. Entries close 5 PM, 22/08/2026. Late entries may be considered but are not guaranteed entry.

oWindow display promotion that engages our community to celebrate the Festival
•Please email a picture of your window display to secretary.maizefestival@gamil.com by Friday 22nd August 2026 suitable for sharing on our Facebook page (8 days before the Street Parade so we can ensure it is posted before the big night) , and include 1-3 brief sentences about your display and business or organisation suitable for sharing on Facebook. Help us to get your business and display noticed.
•All displays and materials remain the responsibility of the business/organisation and Atherton Maize Festival Committee Inc. is not to be held liable for negative issues arising from such displays.
•Judges will visit the displays independently between competition closing time and prior to the commencement of the Main Street Parade.
•Judges’ decisions will be final.
•Winners will be announced on the Main Street Parade night at the stage during the presentations of competition winners.
•Winners will be contacted via phone call or email if they are not present at the presentations.
•Prizes for competition winners will be determined by the Atherton Maize Festival Committee Inc.
•Entrants permit for photos to be taken and used in promotional activities or marketing material for current and future use.
